Environmental Exposures: Body-Burden and Risk Factors

Just an important reminder that fish consumption and alcohol consumption increases the body-burden of toxins that can adversely affect an unborn child.  The older we get, the greater our body-burden of toxins.  Breast feeding lowers mom’s body-burden.  I would add that eating organic and GMO free will also be very important and the less meat and fish the better.
